WE ARE WELL.

Classical Pilates.

Community in movement.

THERE ARE A LOT OF WAYS TO BE WELL.

WADARA (wa-DAH-rah)

Wadara comes from the Yoruba phrase a wa daradara, we are well.

I believe movement is an act of love, not punishment. When we move together, we care for more than just ourselves. You are your mother’s child, your friend’s friend, your sister’s sister. You are part of a community that is better when we take care of one another.

Whatever relationship you have with your body, there’s room for you here.

GROUP MAT CLASSES

Pilates is better together.

Weekly mat classes built around movement, challenge and community. All experience levels are celebrated.

Bring your own mat.

GROUP REFORMER CLASSES

Classical foundations and a contemporary energy. Meet your body where it is, then do 3 more.

ONE-ON-ONE

SESSIONS
